We do not sell, book or deliver Kerala lottery tickets. Any payment made to someone claiming to sell tickets on our behalf is not connected with us, and we cannot refund it.
No refunds
All sales of our products and services are final. Once a payment is made, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, including for digital products that have been delivered or downloaded.
When we will help
If you are charged twice for the same order, or you paid and did not receive the product because of a fault on our side, write to us within 7 days of payment. We will check the payment and either deliver the product or correct the duplicate charge. This does not affect any rights you have under Indian consumer law.
